Description
In the fourth quarter of the college football game between West Virginia and Virginia, scheduled for September 19 at 7:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if West Virginia and Virginia combine to score 20 or more points in the fourth quarter. If the combined fourth quarter total is less than 20, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
